Step 1: Create an Abstract Submission Form
Build your form and streamline the submission process
The starting point is creating the form through which abstracts will be submitted for review. There’s no need to spend time designing layouts or building fields from scratch – Wizard provides ready-made templates with fast customization and branding options
The forms are modular and fully customizable to match the requirements and visual identity of each conference. They can include fields for collecting author information, organization or institution details, topic, title, abstract body, summary, and so forth
Once the form is ready, it can be distributed to researchers and participants to begin collecting abstracts for the review process – while providing a smooth, clear, and professional submission experience
Step 2: Tailor the System to Your Needs
Define the review settings according to your requirements
At this stage, the review criteria are configured to ensure a professional, consistent, and efficient evaluation process for reviewers. WIZARD supports three evaluation methods, allowing you to choose the model best suited to your conference:
- Scoring by predefined categories,
- Approval or rejection
- Verbal evaluation of submissions by reviewers
In addition, the system allows configuration of reviewer permissions – including whether reviewers may evaluate abstracts submitted by authors from the same organization or outside their field of expertise. It is also possible to define whether the evaluation process will be anonymous, helping reduce conflicts of interest and ensure fair review practices
Step 3: Launch the Review & Scoring Process
Invite reviewers and maintain full control throughout the process
At this stage, reviewers are invited to the review platform and abstracts are assigned to them for evaluation with a single click. Once assigned, reviewers can begin their evaluations while the progress of the review process is continuously monitored
Throughout the evaluation phase, real-time rankings of the leading abstracts are available through automatic score calculations based on the predefined review criteria. This enables efficient management, time savings, and full transparency throughout the entire review process
Step 4: Present the Abstracts on Event Day

The highest-scoring abstracts are displayed as digital posters on large screens during the conference using the WIZARD. The platform allows participants to freely and interactively browse the posters, including filtering by categories and searching for specific submissions
The poster platform is accessible from any device and browser, enabling continued access after the conference for further review, as well as during the event itself – a significant advantage for hybrid or virtual conferences
Launch of the Abstract Submission & Review Platform
The WIZARD abstract platform was first launched at the 29th conference of the Israeli Society for Quality in Medicine, where nearly one thousand abstracts were submitted for a structured review process conducted by a broad panel of dozens of reviewers and evaluators
Abstract submission and the review process took place in the weeks leading up to the conference through a smooth, efficient, and accessible workflow that received praise from both the organizing team and the reviewer panel
The selected top-rated abstracts were presented using our poster system, enabling an engaging and professional digital display. At the same time, authors stood next to their posters and presented their work to participants, fostering professional discussion and sharing insights
