WIZARD enables fast on-site name tag printing as part of the event check-in and entry process. Tags are generated based on registration data and are fully personalized, including name, role, company, and additional details as needed – such as tracks, zones, or different access levels
Printing can be done in advance or in real time on-site, allowing efficient handling of walk-in participants or last-minute updates
Name tags can include QR codes or barcodes, serving as a key tool for access control and tracking participant movement throughout the event. They can also enable digital business card functionality, allowing participants to scan tags and instantly exchange contact details with one another

Some events include dedicated areas accessible only to specific audiences, such as VIP guests. Using our scanners, access control can also be applied to these zones, verifying in real time whether a participant has the required access permissions – beyond basic event registration
In addition, WIZARD can be used to scan name tags at specific zones for attendance tracking and reporting purposes only, without restricting access, in order to record participation in each area
An unlimited number of mini-events can be defined for each event, depending on on-site requirements. The system also provides real-time visibility into expected attendance, as well as the number of entries and exits for each zone.
This “Mini-Event” functionality is flexible and supports a wide range of use cases, including:
